• I understand families.  Your time is precious and kids will only be patient for so many houses.  I will work with your schedule, we'll pick the best time to go.  Whether you want to see houses as a family, or you need to see houses separately, we'll do what works best for your situation.  For one client, we alternated vacant houses with occupied houses to allow her toddler time to get down and run.  
• Save gas!  We'll carpool to look at houses.  The kids are welcome to come too, I have a minivan!

• Email when new listings are available.  Stay on top of the market with these convenient notifications.
